We want you to love your Meshki pieces, which is why we offer easy returns for store credit or exchange within 30 days of delivery. All items must be returned in their original condition, unworn and with tags still attached.
Initiate Your Return
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Choose Return Option
Select whether you would like to receive store credit for your return or exchange your item for a different size or color.
Pack and Ship
Print your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items in their original packaging, ensuring all labels are clearly visible.
Processing and Credit
Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
